Mandana resides in Los Angeles with her husband, their two daughters—Anderson and Miller—and their beloved golden doodle, Jack Bauer. Her experience fleeing Iran and arriving in the United States as a religious refugee continues to be her primary motivation for her activism.

As President of Archewell, founded by Prince Harry and Meghan, Mandana oversaw projects that topped every category: the #1 documentary on Netflix, the #1 podcast on Spotify, and the #1 autobiography published by Penguin Random House. Her career began in law, talent representation, and production before she turned to building consumer-facing businesses. At Rachel Zoe, Inc., Mandana launched the company’s consumer products, digital media business, and investment arm, while producing its hit Bravo series. Later, as Chief Brand Officer of EBTH, she raised $84 million in venture funding and executive produced its HGTV show, scaling the company into a category leader.

She has generated billions of impressions for the brands she has led, seamlessly blending behavioral science, cultural insights, and creativity to drive growth.

Beyond her executive leadership, Mandana advises major brands, invests in women-led companies, and serves on several boards. Mandana’s activism is deeply personal, shaped by her experience immigrating to the U.S. as a religious refugee from Iran. After October 7th, she shared a viral video about her upbringing in Iran that garnered over 50 million views, dedicating herself to advocating for the Jewish community. She frequently addresses the global rise in antisemitism and its impact on Israel and hostage families on major news networks including MSNBC, CNN, Fox, and NewsNation.

Her powerful speech at the United Nations Special Session on Sexual Violence - viewed over 5 million times- placed her alongside leaders like Sheryl Sandberg and Hillary Clinton. Honored with the NCJW Social Change Award, she also serves on the ADL Digital Council. In 2024, Mandana founded The Calanet Foundation to combat antisemitism through culture, creativity, and storytelling. This year, she was appointed by President Biden to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council Board of Trustees.
